Four luffing cranes all installed outside the building, they are sitting on the cantilever steel structure from the building and climb up using the internal climbing method.

It’s one of the typical tower crane configuration for some jobsite in china which aims at a very fast construction speed, all 4 tower crane are non stop working and also the internal climbing method can reduce the number of the mast sections installed which results in shorter time for tower crane dismanlting.
